The New York Fashion Film Festival, now celebrating its seventh consecutive year, seeks to investigate the evolving genre of fashion film and explore its influence and impact on the fashion industry. The NYFFF annually hosts a screening of selected fashion films followed by a panel discussion focusing on the nature of the genre and its growing relevance to the world, the business of fashion, as well as the potential for fashion imagery to be a platform for invention, creativity and cultural inquiry.

The NYFFF is produced by the MPS Fashion Photography Program at School of Visual Arts. MPS Fashion Photography is an intensive one-year degree graduate program offering practicing photographers the opportunity to advance their bodies of work under the guidance of photographers, film makers, fashion editors, creative directors and digital retouchers working at the forefront of fashion today. For more information about the MPS Fashion Photography Program visit our site or contact Barry Sutton, Director of Operations at bsutton1@sva.edu.
